New PR's! So cool.... 8)

Now you do NOT want to go too wide. Index finger on the rings is fine/about where I do mine. You start going too far out and it murders the shoulders/leads to pec tears.

I am guessing i start GLP 1 tommorow but just want to double check.

Went to the gym last night

Bench Press
105x10w

Pullover 46x6x6

Squat
135x10
145x8
165x8
175x8
195x8
205x8
SLDL135x6x6

Last set of bench I could only get 6. Was afraid to push for more because i had no spotter. Should really try to convince dipshit friends to start going more.
