ok glp # 6 completed for chest..

150 x 10
190 x 2

315 x 1 ... VERY CLOSE to getting it ..my spotter help a TAD at the end getting it up.

DB pullovers 55 x 8

edt 1 :
inc db's ( 95's) 6,6,4 .. at the 4th set i couldnt even get them up I was so drained so i cut the workout there.
Bent over rows( 175) 6,6,6

thats it! my final leg workout then into the cruise for me .. any tips on the cruise?

Congrats doc. That was a GREAT fun..

Give yourself a 2-3 day break to reflect. Cruise should be just that... cruising into a different phase without peaking per se. Think "normalize" in everything that you do for that's what the goal is: establish a new state of homeostasis.
