ONE suggestion:

I do both big barbell lifts/stretch movements first, THEN the EDT blocks. That's JUST my personal preferance due to time/energy demands.

The way you have it sketched it out is fine. cappla011, I appreciate the assist :)

Good luck with your first feast workout. I assume you're doing it today. I did mine yesterday and it felt GREAT. You should really enjoy yours as well. It's not a fast workout though, that's for sure. It took me 1.5 hours to do mine, and I thought I was blowing through it. But I did 6 rounds for each EDT. Anyway, have fun.

Thanks man. Ya, I'm doing mine today. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm a little pressed for time today so hopefully no one tries to chit chat with me. Thanks for the heads up.

Yea, just wait until the good comments start coming in. Had 245(previous max before BP) loaded up on the bar for when I was maxing bench after first 5 feast work outs. The guy that was spotting me started to say that he just maxed out the day prior and as I was positioning I asked him how much and he said 245. I unracked and made it look like it was just the bar. He just kind of chuckled and said "well, it didn't quite go up that easy".

Ya, I can't wait to see what people say. I've never really maxed out before and never did barbell but 2 wks before I started I was able to rep 245lb for 3 reps. That's the most I've ever done before.

Now, I'm excited about trying to hit maybe 290-300lb. There's only a handful of guys at my gym that have hit that but they are 200lbs+. I especially want to beat 2 trainers there that maxed out at 285lb but got on gear about 3 weeks ago.

At first, I thought I could handle 1 day on 1 day off. But now, I will be doing the 1 day on 2 days off. I should be ready for Friday's workout.

I had to take two days off as well. I was just really sore, even with the BCAA loading. I could feel my hamstrings stretch out every time I took a step :)
