Day 20 - Feast

Nothing really new. I'm back on track, and I hit my diet goals today.

I did my usual 30 min. of cardio, 15 min. of elliptical/15 min. of bike, and then hit the sauna.

Looking forward to pushing it tomorrow!! Take care!!
