Thank you both

Admittedly towards the end of the week of famine i was sick of greens and was craving eggs..

Next time around i will have a better stock pile and be more prepared with a juicer i think.

Yes it was good to eat like i did yesterday, i will clean it up to day

goals are 3500 cals
300gms pro

Ill add more fiber via veggies and whole grains

Tomorrow is workout one of Feast

Oh and Rob that guy is sending me the hip belt I spoke to him on the phone (he buys old gym equip and resells has tons of weight).

So anybody in the Fenton MO area that needs anything should cal him he has sleds, kettle bells etc

I would buy a sled but shipping to SC is$$

Exellent find and good research finding it.

You won't regret it. In a few weeks time you'll be acclimated to it and reaping the gains it allows.

Ideal not just for squats but sled dragging, weighted chins, dips etc.. Very versatile!

Small world. I live in Columbia, SC and went to college in Springfield, MO.

I was looking at the hip belts myself and have never see anything like it before. I can't get one right now but I'd be interested in one in the future.
