Well, I experienced the same thing. Most of it went away with time. I had read some advice to drop weight a bit, increase reps and the joints will tighten up. They can move around alot for noobs like me. The rule I usually follow is if there is no pain it will probably go away, if there is pain you need to find a solution and not just ignore it. I don't know if this is the best advice. I had popping noise in my knees and shoulders that went away as I got stronger. The popping feeling in my elbow eventually came with pain, that's when I asked my doctor about it. Still waiting to see the specialist.

Problem is, none of us are doctors. The only way to get a solid answer, I believe, is to ask a professional (ie Doctor, physical therapist, sports medicine, etc)

If your looking for sups, look into cissus. Glucosamine is also supposed to be very effective.
