Blueprint barbarian?? :p

And nice vids man, been watching em randomly. One of the few videos that will actually play at my workplace!

I see you use knee-wraps? How do you like those? I've been considering getting some but I'm not sure how much they'd help me... Had knee surgery last May and I'm almost done with the recovery but I'm still limited in a couple things.

If a picture is worth a thousand words... I dunno where to even begin :) My statements prior though, apparently were true:

The Blueprint Tshirt makes you an automatic chic magnet :)

I only ever use them when I max out. I wrap them really tight in the hope of 10-15 lbs of carryover. You'd be better served by a good set of sleeves (rehband, for example)

Who else has held the oceans in his hand?
Who has measured off the heavens with his fingers?
Who else knows the weight of the earth
or has weighed the mountains and hills on a scale?

Hmmm... lbs are dropping off almost as fast as your total is rising?

That does it for me. I'm going to try this Blueprint thing... :)

Sheiko #37 Day 12

Morning Weight: 195.0 - stable!
Goal by April 1st: 192

FINALLY the last workout of this ridiculous routine. This is seriously the hardest program I've ever done. I am a HUGE fan though. The hip flexor pain sucks, but I think my deadlift may well have jumped another 20 or 30 lbs. We shall see.

The only thing that scares me is that i switched over to low bar squats and this is really close to a meet, hopefully this doesn't have a negative effect on my outcome!

workout was as follows;

Squats
(the low bar is getting slowly more and more comfortable)
255x5
305x4
355x2x3
410x6x3

BB Bench
170x5
205x5
245x5x5 (surprisingly easy..)

High Pulley Cable Flies
65x10
70x4x10

Dips
BW+70x5x8

Seated Good Mornings
135x5x5

Cable Crunches
100x40
120x30,30

Video For the day

No video today ya greedy bastards

Let me guess... you're rich and have multiple ladies at your disposal with enormous funbags too, right?
