another good workout today while tired and still sick. had a crazy pump which ill have to credit to the xfactor since pumpbol never got me pumped this much. had a tough time using my biceps because of it.

lat pulldown- 100x15, 200x5, 200x5, 200x5, 200x5, 200x5

preacher curl- 75x5

standing ez bar curl- 75x8, 75x8, 75x3

switched from preacher curl because i couldnt get my arms even on the pad and was pulling more with 1 arm than the other. also hurt my wrist which has been an issue in the past but ive always just dealt with it.

I was wondering how did you had your8 eggs? Boiled, pan fried with butter, poached, raw?

It seems a bit hard getting 8 eggs straight, at least to me...

depends on the cook. at school theres an omelet bar during the week and on weekends they make over easy and over hard or mini egg and cheese omelets. so if its a chef thats good ill get scrabbled with veggies, if not then i just get over hard during the week. since the bad ones dont clean off the grill well enough i have to pick out pieces of bacon and ham which i dont eat.
when im home i usually make 6-8 eggs at a time or split them up and have 4-6 for 2 different meals. other than when ive been dieting, ive been eating 8-12 eggs a day for the past 2 years now.

i also have a massive appetite. the only people ive met in real life who can eat more than me are my old roommate and my dad.

It's hard to read about food and recipes when I am 1 hour from overeating... Damn I feel hungry right now!

Thanks for the sharing though :)

workout today wasnt bad but a little disappointing that i had to stick with 285. back was sort of stiff and got real pumped so it was hard to lift. stopped after 3 sets because of it.

deadlift- 135x10, 225x10, 285x5, 285x5, 285x5

knee raises- 15, 15

crunches- 15, 15

so not bad, just disappointed i felt like i couldnt do more. was hoping i could still hit 315 for 5+ reps.
