Well in that case, I'm looking forward to week 3 to see what kre-anabolyn can do. I'm also looking forward to 3.0.

Anyway, today will be workout #3. I'll update later this evening.

Sounds like traction is well underway man. Sooo glad to hear it.

3.0 is coming together. It'll be awhile but I'm taking steps to make sure your investment is protected this time.

EXAMPLE:

I'll be encoding each 3.0 with a little something different that "fingerprints" each one. It may be a letter, a number, phrase, combination or lack thereof somewhere in it's 125+ pages. This way, I'll know exactly who's done what with it if I see it somewhere it shouldn't be. That's just ONE of the ways I'll be protecting it.

Good luck with that pirates. Even if you think you've found it, you'll need a copy of everyone else's to know for sure. And thanks again for validating what we I knew long ago and many more find out every day.... we have secrets worth stealing.

You're days of stealing though, are numbered. Keep using 2.0 though, because the BP Believers like Big.Jaz and others here who do have the secrets - will be leaving you in their dust...

So I had my first GLP upper body workout last night. Everything went well except I waited 30 minutes for a bench with no luck. I ended up setting up the power rack for my benching station. It actually worked out pretty good cuz I was able to set the support bars about 1/2 inch or less above my chest incase I failed which I did on my last set. I think I will start doing them in there instead cuz I hate bothering people to spot me.

Anyways, enough of my rant. Here's yesterday's workout:

GLP WO #1 Upper body:
10x140
8x150
8x170
8x185
8x205
6x220

EDT 1
Decline DB bench (80) 6,6,6,6
Pullover (80) 6,6,6,6

EDT 2
EZ bar curls (90) 6,6,6,6
Lying Tri ext. (90) 6,6,6,6

Static holds
Decline BB bench (245) 2x10 seconds

High School Student Dies Lifting Weights
Published December 04, 2010

16-year-old Jake Pezon was found dead under a bench press at home in Wisconsin on December 1, 2010.
A Wisconsin high school football player has died in an accident while lifting weights at home.

Slinger police say 16-year-old Jake Pezon was home alone in his basement rec room Wednesday night and was bench pressing 185 pounds when the weights dropped on him.

Police Lt. Joel Schodron says Pezon's mother arrived home shortly after midnight Thursday and found her son unresponsive. Schodron says the teen was dead by the time first responders arrived.

Pezon was a junior at Slinger High School and played wide receiver and defensive back for the Owls. School District administrator Bob Reynolds says counselors are available Friday at the high school.

Just looking out for you man... Tough to make gains six feet under.

Do take care to rest long enough between these sets. Up to 10-15 minutes in some cases!

WHY?

B/C the CNS recovers MUCH slower than the ATP/glycogen etc. substrate pathway (about 3 min for that). Also, if it happens again.. insert ONE extra rest day between workouts.

Hope that helps!
