Can I ask why you are using ebol ecdy instead of Kre-anabolyn?

I'm on a week off right now, between GLP 1 and GLP 2. I'll be trying for a good recomp myself, so hopefully we are both successful!

I have run KA a couple of times already and I WON this bottle of Ebol. I trust the brand and enjoy using some of TL's other products so am I am excited to try this. It will be interesting to see how this compares.

Oh that makes a lot of sense!

Good luck Hank. I'll be following your log since we have the same recomp goal here. :D

Great work making it through Hank!

Sounds like a great detox/cleansing run. Time to put the master plan and "The Eagle" into motion!

This famine more than any other I really subject myself to a lot of stressors.

Super Low calorie, and very high work load with little sleep. I suspect it finally caught up with me.

Incidentally I am sore as hell today.

OK Hank, the concern here is getting traction back. I'm sure it's coming but just keep me posted on it/take note of it.

I was questioned earlier about whether or not its beneficial to take famine lower on the calories than what's specified. My answer: NO, unless you're a big man and have multiple BP runs under your belt/can better judge. This is NOT a slap at anyone, just want everyone to get the most out of it so especially for people NEW to the BP, I counsel sticking to the "by the book" recommendations which have served so many well.

Looking forward to your feedback. Once you employ "The Eagle", that sore as hell feeling will go bye-bye :)
