The Eagle may or may not have landed for Hank too Turbo
These Eagles, you never know where and when they'll appear. Sometimes out of nowhere. I know who keeps the BP faith, who helps others here and elsewhere. I watch these things. I value them.
If you're a BP Believer and keep the faith.... sooner or later you'll have an Eagle land nearby. It's happened to others here, though for various reasons I ask them to stay quiet about it.
There are very few people in the world I trust. If an Eagle lands on your shoulder someday........ you'll know you're one of them.

Went to the gym and knocked out the last workout of the famine..glad its over, can't wait to eat some food!!!..VERY hungry and tired!!

Yes it is Rob!!..man it feels sooooo good to eat, and man did I ever!! I've eatn as much as I possibly could today, and I'm fixin to eat again..I couldn't help but take advantage of the 2 medium 3 topping pizzas from pizza hut for 6 bucks a piece!! I fixn to go to work on the 2nd one right now...YUM!!!

This is The BP working not only on the body, but the brain. It's all part of the plan and with the floodgates now open.... train to Gainsville is leaving the station!! Keep shoveling coal into that engine and it picks up steam!!!

weight is rebounding nicely..weighed in at 196 to day, started at 195..I CAN NOT wait to lift some freakin weights!!!!!!!!!!
