Diet is pretty similiar every day so ill just post if I dont keep it on par.Its always around 1.5g protein-2g per lb.

Day 3 training:

Bench 72.5kg 3 reps, 3 reps, 2 reps.Kinda disappointed here.Had to correct my form...
Barbell Pullover 35kg 6 reps(1 cheat rep)
Squat 92.5k 6 reps
T bar row 65kg 6 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps, 7 reps, 8 reps
Dips belt + 2.5kg(Yes I know im shit at this, just wait and ill get that weight up)6 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps, 5reps
Deadlift 120kg 6 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps
Hack squats 100kg 6reps

Yes I did do hack squats in the wrong order Rob.Remembered to do them at the end.One note about the progenex, if you mix it with other stuff eg bcaa and waxy maize etc I think it makes it pretty much like a regular protein.I did that for my 1st workout and I was sore still 48 hours later.2nd workout I tried it on its own and bcaa waxy maize etc post workout and ive pretty much fully recovered 24h later.

Really disappointed in that bench.I guess I can attribute that to correcting my form and also from famine.I was hoping to manage 1set of 6 reps of 72.5kg.Hoping that bench strength will come back over the next few workouts...lets see how I perform today

oh yeah i win free stuff all the time at BB

but i would much rather have a steady sponsor for the essentials.. even if just a discount. the amount of money i spend on a monthly basis is somewhat phenomenal

I'm hoping to get one for my PL'ing - I'm not far off some pretty solid american/world records
