Nice work, good to see that people always come back for multiple runs of this, shows new guys like me that it works.

As far as your sleep goes though, have you tried/are you able to take Gamma GH to help you relax and fall asleep? Although I don't have sleeping problems, the Gamma GH/Adaptogen N duo knocks me out.

it took everything out of me. i made it through squats with 115 though and last time i struggled with 3 sets of 95. they were brutal though.

breakfast was 2 mini coffee cakes
lunch was 2 grilled cheese
dinner was 1 grilled cheese

dining halls arent in full effect yet and we are only served cold breakfasts as a staff. hopefully we can sneak in tomorrow for breakfast.

this is the famine phase. feast starts tomorrow but due to dining hall restrictions it might mean a lot of shakes until next week.

well with work and limited access to dining halls, diet and sleep have been poor the past 2 days. i did not have time to hit the gym on friday, and yesterday is was closed. today will be my first feast phase workout. the dining halls will also be in full effect so i can get back on track.

wholy sht man you ate 5 chicken breasts for lunch?!!?

are your chicken breasts smaller then ours?

i mean ours are normally 300-400grams each...

thats 2kg of chicken breast in one sitting  or 300-400g of protein for lunch!
