If anyone hasn't guessed that I have an iPhone, let me be honest. I have an iPhone. :). Not only does it allow me to snap random pics of stuff I shove into my mouth, but I just downloaded a heart rate monitor to get my baseline established this week. iPhone>all.

Working on a deal with some great supps. Hopefully I can update on that tomorrow. Pics of breakfast to follow.....

So switching from 2700 calories back to 2200 sucks, but I'll be better suited for the famine stage. I'm trying to eat lots of veggies and fruits to brace myself, also tapered protein back quite a bit in this lunch.

Had the appropriate serving size and timed it out to eat after a 30 minute treadmill stint.

Yeah, so first famine workout Friday morning, friggin pumped! Might be going to the camp saturday, so I'll run my ass of that day, comeback for WO #2 on Sunday. Pretty psych'd,...Who needs supps?!

Well well well, did I ever over shoot the alarm clock this morning. Missed my alarm, then missed three phone calls from my ride. Good start to the day :roll:

Last day of regular food. I wanted carbs. Lots of carbs lol.

Breakfast:

1 cup oats, 1 scoop Whey, 1 TBS PB

(no pic, was in a rush. Still made time to eat though. Priorities are in check.... food>work)

I am feeling a little tweak in my lower back. Although it's nothing major I definately will be careful to nurse it. Proper lifting technique will be at the forefront tomorrow. Also looking into a lifting belt for my squats and deads.

Anyways back to work, I do work......sometimes..... :D
