I eat out the can with a little salt and vinegar.
Or salad style.

I think the guy was doing a ton of yams as a performance enhancer too...

So would consuming spinach be okay during the famine phase as long as you're not eating too much of it?

Hell Yes

Costco sell organic baby spinach in a big tub for about 4 bucks, you dont have to wash it so its super convienant to use.

I personally like mine sauteed with onions garlic and crushed red pepper

haha glad this thread got bumped. My college has a salad bar where I can pile this stuff up!
