workout 5

bench-350x1 PR
db pullover 110x8

hs row- 4p+10x1
lf pulldown- 205x8

edt- incline db 90x8*3, 90x7*3
db row 105x6*6

great workout overall. i was really happy with the 350. since i started using the BP and implented the warm up protocol my lifts have really shot up. i felt like i could've added 5-10lbs and still hit the mark with the bench. the back stuff went well too. i gotta check the % on the edt b/c im not sure if i need to move up in weight next time or not. im going to go with GLP 1 with the hope of putting 20lbs on the 1rm. it might seem like alot but the way things have been going im confident i have a good shot at making it happen. im also going to b adding an additional edt on my back day. ill stick with what ive been doing on chest day with the db presses/rows. i think im going to try a incline db curl,db shoulder, lying tricep rotation on back day.

i bumped on the weight on these since last time felt a little light and it seemed to do the trick. i was short on time so i didnt get to finish everything up but towards the end i cut rest periods to about 30 secs to try to get as much work in as possible so considering that i think it went pretty well with the bump in weight and decreased time

i said id get these workouts up and i will i promise. for now a teaser update will have to do. i hit a new bench PR at 370x1. i also nailed a new pr on the hs rows with 4p+25 x 1. i weighed myself for the other day and was 202. totally shocked. i was expecting 199ish but nothing over 2. i was would say bf% is probally the same since i started bp but weight is up 7lbs and im blown away by the strength gains. until im able to really use this foot and ready for real weight bearing ill probally stick with 2.0 for my next run. im going to be starting my cruise stuff tonight so im looking forward to banging out the 5x5s getting a crazy upper body pump.

quick question if anyone reads this. do we do edt blocks during cruise? im gonna do tonight and ill look deeper into if no one has a chance to respond

No EDT Blocks. Rob usually just recommends doing a 5 X 5 program with a couple of days off after each workout.
