Yeah the bars are good- but what I got is called Kind healthy grains- its a loose cereal. They have like 1200 cal per bag(44g P, 242g C, 33g F) and the local raleys has them one sale for 3.99 a bag!

Oh and if you get the flavors with flax seed they have 8g of omega threes! I'm in love, lol- chewing on some right now actually.
