Ecto,

I just finished my first run three weeks ago and I put on 8lbs. I consider myself a hard gainer so I kept my calories on the high side while using the zig zag technique recommended by Rob. All I'm gonna say is if you give it a good go you will not be dissapointed in the weight you can add and the amount of quality muscle you will put on. BP works....period! :D

Starting my second run next week and looking forward to it.

That's fantasic Emdriven!

I'm waiting to get all my ducks in a row before I give it a go(freeing up some additional mone for groceries, absorbing the guide etc).....

Best of the luck on your 2nd run!!

Rob just sent me the 3.0, but I should concentrate on 2.0 right now...
