Only 2 more days untill famine ends! Can't wait untill feast phase I can truly say Famine sucks! It is so hard not to just cut a couple days short and go right into feast phase I guess my patience is lacking. Nice big juicy steak sounds so good right now.LoL

Famine certainly isn't easy, yet it should be a healthy time of detox/cleansing designed to "tee up", the body's super - compensation mechanism.
A track record a mile long of being both healthy/safe, it's also to be respected. Do let us know, how it went for you!!!
