Seated barbell press static hold:
265 x 15 seconds

EDT #2:
Incline Dumbbells curl-6,6,6,6,6,6,-40lbs
Over head tricep extensions - 6,6,6,6,6,6-35lbs

Any of these PR's, etc?? Just need to gauge your happiness quotient, such that I/we can sleep at night... :)

Getting very, very close to PR on a few things and making new ones as well :D, I feel stronger though then I ever have felt. I think the combination of the KA and DHEA is working I could drill for diamonds with the erection I've been getting as soon as I doubled my dose week three,lol. I fell like I'm the strongest I've ever been , like I'm twenty old again, not bad for being 45years old eh!!!

Today was an awsome workout felt I could lift more than ever. The 5min rests felt like it took forever I just wanted to push weight!!! :D

New PR on both lifts ;-)

Sooo happy, 3.0 got you to Gainsville!! Folks, when I said 3.0's streets were paved with gold... I meant it :)

The mine runs deeper here, than anybody's known.
