ROb I was wondering what is the best amount of protein to take during a day for growth! people say the more the merrier.... but i heard it deosnt get absorbed and its actually counter productive ( something about nitrogen bonds)

I'm trying to make myself a good bulking diet until i start my cut with you in april!

On your protein question, TIMING is far more important than total grams for the day. Meaning you should be using a generous amount of high quality protein in and around your workouts and up to 2 hours prior. The standard 1g/lb of LBM for the entire day serves most well but do focus on the time in/around the workout. You'll be reading a LOT more about that in 3.0.. :)

On the dessicated liver, YES it's worthwhile but you have to be careful here. I'm very particular about brand use with these supps favoring Beverly's Uniliver. See your BP 2.0 page 29 for how best to utilize :)

Draco and others have used this trick to really kick off Feast fast and reported quite favorable feedback.

I'd go directly to Beverly International because I think they deserve the business

If you google it, you'll find them. I know AskMass was trying to get a high grade, organic beef liver tab in but it fell through. He may still be working on it.....
