Is there a workout/diet log or spreadsheet for the blueprint? I really like a breakdown of all the phases and the diet and workout plan for the phases. Thanks and I can't wait to start.

Yes there are many resources here, starting with The Stickies in The BP Journals section.

I have seen this many, many times. Do me (and yourself) a BIG favor and just focus on it one week at a time.

Study it during your off week
Take your avg waking heart rate
Weigh yourself
Study Famine
Formulate goals for the overall cycle

Finally, post question here of course but FOCUS ON JUST FAMINE FIRST. It can be overwhelming looking at it in its totality... you get lost real easy.

I can feel good vibes about this already. You've got energy/curiosity building. This is going to be a good one. Just channel all of that into focus... one week at a time.
