Yes you did! Thanks.

My 1RMs that I put on here in the beginning might have been off a little bit. They were my personal bests, not necessarily my current 1RMs. I had been lifting light for a least a month prior, so I think that my gains were even more. Either way, the new 1RMs are way more than I ever imagined.

Bench:

205 ---> 230

Squat:

375 ---> 405

Sure thing. I was already thinking about doing that. Do you want me to create a new thread? Or should I add on to one that is already there?

New thread/review would be fantastic!

Many thanks!

The drive was nice. Very scenic area. Too bad I had to work the whole time I was up there.

Started the cruise workouts today. I went into the gym thinking the workout was going to be a piece of cake. I was wrong. Haha. They still push you body a little bit. Nothing like the Feast phase though. Good workout. I was glad to be at the gym.

Cruise Workout #1:

Bench Press: 5 x 185
Bench Press: 5 x 185
Bench Press: 5 x 185
Bench Press: 5 x 185
Bench Press: 5 x 185

Seated Shoulder Barbell Press: 5 x 105
Seated Shoulder Barbell Press: 5 x 105
Seated Shoulder Barbell Press: 5 x 105
Seated Shoulder Barbell Press: 5 x 105
Seated Shoulder Barbell Press: 5 x 105

Static Close-Grip Bench Hold: 1 x 195 (10 sec)

Nice, quick workout. Love it.

Glad you liked it :)

For many, they find gains ongoing in Cruise... believe it or not - a few extra lbs of LBM are frequently reported!

Cruise Phase is cruising along. Nothing too exciting. The workouts are nice a quick. I'm losing body fat with the lowered caloric intake, so that's always good! I started doing some cardio. I didn't do any cardio (maybe once) during the whole Blueprint before the cruise. I should have, but all that weight kicked my butt. I'm running a 5k on Saturday. Hope I can finish. Haha.

Glad cruise is going well for you man. Don't be surprised if you put another pound or two of muscle on.

Not uncommon..
