I was wondering what the lifting tempo should be for all the exercises. Should I just stick to a 2/0/2?

That's a logical tempo and one I'd support.
I got WAY into this when it was all the rage. Bought a metronome etc but I'll tell you what.... in all honesty I don't find it made too much of a difference.
Let it come naturally. If you understand the negative shouldn't be "dropped" and the postive should be accelerated maximally well... those are the fundamentals.
It's OVERLOAD that's important! But good question and hopefully it'll help guys here out. Your 2-0-2 is about the best recommendation I've seen as a starting point...
