How are you liking the carb up weekends?

Noticing the fullness/increased strength? What's it like for you Wed, Thursday and Friday?

Curious...

As far as food goes, they have been a little disappointing. The dining hall is letting me down.
Strength so far has been matched by my sleep the 2-3 nights before each workout, I dont know how much the carbs have influenced anything really. All I notice is that by Sunday night Im not as lean as I am during the week, but come Tuesday I seem to have slimmed down again. I did notice today though that the veins in my biceps through the inside of my elbow were bulging more than usual, but I also had a cap of KA right as I started my workout, so I dont know how much that affected anything if at all.

Is there any way to make friends with someone at the dining hall and maybe skew the food more to your liking and need as far as portions and number of items?

Just an idea.

the menu is preset and it cycles every few weeks. its also buffet style, so no issues with portions. its just that between the diet and me not eating red meat, its difficult to always find something for me.

How'd the 20/200 feel?

The A in ECA was found to be somewhat marginal. It also upsets people's stomach in some. Consider adding 8oz of grapefruit juice as it contains narginin, a chemical that extends the half life of ephedrine considerably.

I think you'll find pseudo-E sub-par. At least I do. Stuff actually makes me yawn..

GF juice is a carb/sugar, but it imparts a mild diuretic effect and will remove more than it's weight in water. If still hesitant, look for narginin extracts. They are out there if you look and will add no carbs/calories to your diet...
