Hi,
It's been 4 weeks since I've purchased the BP and have gone through reading 2.0 and 3.0. Great stuff. I think I'm "getting" the just of it.
(Can't REALLY say I get it until I've gone through trying it right?)
Any way as of now I've been doing 5/3/1 and am determined to finish 5/3/1 Big but Boring first before I can think of incorporate the BP.
(I'm kind of bent on making 2012 a 5/3/1 year.)
Has any one here had experience with using 5/3/1 with the BP shell?
I'm also eager to try the Anabolic Rebound Cycling that Rob talked about on SHR.

When is the best time to fit this program in with the BP?
Thanks
New to BP. Any body use 5/3/1 with BP?
Personal opinion: 5-3-1/Big but Boring is a GREAT fit during Cruise, as an interesting alternative to what we typically use.
The issue with placing it during Feast is this: It's too slow. You stand to make MUCH greater size/strength gains with the coupling of either 2.0's or 3.0's "stock" templates, given they're custom made to take advantage of the super-compensation effects seen during Feast.
Alternatively, 5-3-1 would be a great program to run if you burn out during The Blueprint Periodic, found in 2.0.
Sincerely hope that helps...

Thanks for the reply Rob.
I definitely agree that 5/3/1 is a much slower progression. It took me 5-6 months before I got around to lifting my tested 1 rep maxes, before starting 5/3/1, again. Though this time doing doubles with it easily.
Looking forward to applying the BP and having some WTF! moments.

10% Solution
Thanks Big.jazayrli
Do you know off the top of your head which manual the 10% solution is in, and what section of the manual?

if you purchased 3.0 I'm sure you can ask Rob for it
Be warned though - its not for the faint of heart.
