Get in here fellas help me clarify (BP 2.0 FEAST)

Post by Carne »

I started workout #1 today for feast, and I think I messed it up so tell me if I got this right....

According to BP 2.0 Feast Workout #1.....
I'm supposed to do bench press, with a weight that I can do 8-10 reps with, BUT do as many as I can, basically going to failure right? So basically I will be doing more reps than 8-10 right?

Then the same with squat.

2nd question....

How long are you guys taking to do the prescribed 5 workouts in feast? I'm used to hitting each body part once a week, so technically it would take me 5 weeks to complete the 5 workouts.

Thanks!

It should only take you 12-14 days to complete your 5 Bridge workouts. You're going to workout every 48 to 72 hours depending on your recovery ability so that you can get to your 1 RM for GLP1 or whatever protocol you choose to run from there.

Fine work here Carne, perfectly natural to be experimenting a bit, to find the right weight to use in the specified rep range.

I didn't see any EDT blocks, but don't freak out if you're not performing them. The biggie is establishing a new 1RM in both the BP and SQ, to base your next jumping off point.

Keep up the GREAT work!
