Starting My First Run Soon

Post by Constantine »

Any advice or any mistakes to avoid on my first run? I have a customized plan with Rob but it's based on the Blueprint obviously.

Just don't want to make a mistake because I want to go straight to gainsville without taking detours.

Do it right the first time...

Where do you guys buy your formula ingredients from?

You will have gains on your first run, just not optimal... You will need to tweak the program to fits you. Read people logs, everybody's different. What might work for me may not for you and vice versa.

Muscle building takes time and you need more than one run to achieve your goals no matter what you try. Take your first run one week at a time, write down your progress (or lack of) then report here and people will help you tweak what you do. The first run of the blueprint is a good way to know how your body react to the alarm state and such. You should learn form it and become a believer. Biggest gain will come during runs 2, 3 and so on.

Good luck!

860-753-0373 in the event you have any pressing questions. As far as mistakes go, here's how to make them (I'm trying to be funny, so please don't take offense). I usually succeed in pissing people off when I do this..

1.) First, skip step 1 and start questioning what's going on during Feast. Forget that week 1 stuff where you're trying to determine your average daily waking heart rate, caloric maintenance intake etc.. It's a pain anyway, so just ignore it.

2.) Next, start stressing out over what supps you have/don't have. Because without those, there's no hope.

3.) Instead of asking for help here, seek out the misc. crew on body building dot com. Clearly, 3 sets of 10 have served them well.

4.) Forget this overload nonsense. Intensity doesn't build muscle, gym attendance records do. Make sure you're in there every day, rain or shine.

OK, time to get serious... :) You're going to do just fine. As the big man from Canada said, take it just one week at a time and consider dialing me up in the event you need ANYTHING.

I wrote this for you, you invested in me... which means this: We're doing this together. Look for my PM... :)
