I just finished my first run three weeks ago and I put on 8lbs. I consider myself a hard gainer so I kept my calories on the high side while using the zig zag technique recommended by Rob. All I'm gonna say is if you give it a good go you will not be dissapointed in the weight you can add and the amount of quality muscle you will put on. BP works....period!
