Introducing Myself...

Post by vidgersh »

Hi guys,

My name is David, and I just bought the Blueprint last night! I'm very excited about BP 3.0.

Some quick facts about me:
22 years old
6' 0"
176 lbs as of this morning
and probably 20-22% bodyfat.

In other words, I'm in massive need of a BP 3.0 RECOMP ass-kicking.

My lifting experience began in the second half of my senior year of high school. In 6 months, I went from 190 to about 165 while adding a decent amount of muscle. Post-high school though,I've been a yo-yoer and never got back in the gym in the same way (except for a brief 6 week CrossFit phase that was pretty awesome). Over the last 5 years, I've lost and gained the same 25 lbs 4 or more times. But I'm ready to move past all that now.

Bring on the BP.

Edit: Is this where I ask for the remaining "pieces" of 3.0? So far i just have the 3.0 Mother doc and The Formula...

I hear ya on the yoyo. Although I dont have a weight loss problem I do that with my strength and muscle gains. If I spent my 12 years since I started consistent id be huge.
