After the first 5 workouts where did most of you fit in shoulder, lats, and bicep exercises. I see many EDT Blocks such as incline bench/one arm rows and Tbar row/ tricep extensions or bicep curls, but where does consistent shoulder and arm exercises come in? Do some of you do 3 EDT Blocks on bench days to get consistent work on every body part throughout the week? Maybe I'm just overlooking all of this bc its my first BP run but i just want to clear things up. Any help is appreciated.

Guessing ur reading the BP 2.0?

Depends how many days a week you are lifting and whatnot, but u could do one upper body day with EDT block 1 and 2, then the next upper body day with EDT block 1 and 3.

1= shoulder/lat
2= chest/back
3= arms

U can switch around the blocks to make it work for you, but this is just one idea.
