Your top range rack pull custom setup?

Yo bros I have a home gym and wanted to see if any of you have a good custom setup for this?

What you mean how much weight I can do?Well I can deadlift 175kg for 1.But I have about 280kgs in my house and will buy more if necessary.

Big.jaz,

Where do you start your rack pulls? Right below your knees or a little lower? I've seen some people pulling from mid-shin, but that seems too low for me. I was thinking, just an inch or two below where my arms rest.

I start them right at my knees, thats where the bar on the rack is. Its all I have at the gym so thats how it goes

Pulled 628 today , was pretty happy as my shoulder has been fried

top range pulls are from halfway up the thigh

they are about holding the weight, not about the pull portion
