took reduction pm and 2.25g gaba before bed last night, should have been about 3g total. never got hit with tiredness, fell asleep for an hour then woke up and had a hard time falling asleep again.

took ec, ebol and 2g fish oil before breakfast
breakfast was 8 eggs and 1 scoop superfoods ~600 calories
took ec around noon
took ebol and 2g fish oil before lunch
lunch was buffalo chicken strips, broccoli and spinach with about 3 tbsp ranch ~650 calories
took ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was 2 grilled chicken breasts in some sauce and a sample packet of myofusion ~550 calories

total calories ~1830 calories

breakfast was 4 eggs ~280 calories
took a sample pack of n-zero extreme preworkout
drank 1 scoop atomic 7, 12g bcaas, and 5g citrulline malate intra workout
pwo i took 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop ONE, 1 scoop superfoods, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter ~220 calories
lunch was a buffalo chicken salad, a cookie and a sample pack of hydrowhey ~940 calories
took ebol and 2g fish oil before dinner
dinner was 1 scoop allwhey and 2 scoops muscle infusion with 1 tbsp peanut butter ~530 calories

total calories ~1970 calories

before bed ill take reduction pm and 3g gaba

had another great workout today despite my lack of sleep this past week. good to see im still making progress with each workout.

t-bar rows- 45x10, 70x8, 70x8, 70x8, 70x6 and 45x3

dips- 10, 7, 5, 2

leg sled- 90x15, 270x12, 270x12, 270x12, 270x12

military press- 45x12, 55x10, 55x10, 55x6

twisting decline crunches- 12, 12

felt great doing dips today, havent felt like this in almost 2 years when i maxed at 17. probably could have had a few more if my wrist wasnt bothering me. the grips are kind of small for my hands. shoulders still dont feel right doing military press so im sticking with light weights. i still get the pump and burn. my legs were so pumped up after the leg sled it hurt my knees to straighten my legs all the way. during the leg sled they felt like they could have used more rest, but i hit all the reps.

took me forever to fall asleep again last night, been almost 2 weeks like this. too reduction pm and 3g gaba before bed.

breakfast was 4 eggs and ~4 egg whites with veggies ~420 calories
took ec at noon
took ebol and 2g fish oil before lunch
lunch was 2 baked breaded chicken breasts and green beans and 1 scoop muscle infusion ~750 calories
took ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before dinner
dinner was over roasted turkey and some eggplant parm ~550 calories

total calories ~1750

Telling ya' man, drop the Reduction P.M. and either use GABA solo, or with Adaptogen N/ZMA.

It is the combo I/we use (AN, ZMA and GammaGH) for deep, restful sleep.

These days, that's gold...

the last dose i take is at noon, 200mg and 20mg ephedrine hcl

Why you'd put dandelion root (Taraxacum Extract) in a nightime formula is beyond me/us. It's a diuretic!! Do you find yourself waking up to join Urination Nation(tm) ?

Finally, we get to L-theanine. This stimulates the brain to secret more.... GABA. So why not just take more straight GABA? Just doesn't make sense to me/us.

i guess that explains it. peeing hasnt been a big problem but a few times ive had to get up before falling asleep to go to the bathroom.

slept better last night

took ec, ebol and 2g fish oil before breakfast

lunch was chicken stir fry and 1 scoop muscle infusion ~700 calories
took ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was some chicken and veggies, 2 scoops muscle infusion and a cookie ~700 calories

total calories ~1830

bad night last night. meant to be up late studying and then get up early to review but a girl on my floor had a major breakdown and i had to stay up and monitor her for a while. didnt get to sleep until late and then woke up an hour early to review.

took e, focus xt, ebol and 2g fish oil before breakfast
breakfast was 4 eggs and 4 egg whites with veggies ~400 calories
took ec and pumpbol before basketball
drank 1 scoop purple intrain and 12g bcaas with 4g citrulline malate intra
pwo i took ebol and a sample of hydro-builder ~180 calories

basketball wore me out today, endurance was a little off from not drinking enough water before hand. i also played 2 of the longest games ive ever played and the first game i had to guard a guy that was 6'6 and close to 300 lbs. he fell on me once and hurt my knee but hopefully ill be good to go for the gym tomorrow or sunday.
