i have one question that i cant seem to find the answer to.
Rob mentioned to do "4 rounds" of each for 2-3 minutes.
i understand what EDT is but the 4 rounds threw me off.

does this mean to do EDT 4 times?
or something like...1st set-rest, 2nd-rest, 3rd-rest, 4th-rest and your done?

i can try to explain further if this doesnt make sense lol

A. This means 4 total sets (i.e. supersets) per muscle group. I favor 3-4 as the sweet spot.

EXAMPLE: Incline DB bench presses immediately into seated cable rows. That's one superset. Now rest 2 min between your next superset and repeat for a total of 3 to 4 times.

Does that help? Hope so... :)

Take care!

Rob, did they give you a DSM category yet? I believe Multiple Personality Disorder has been removed as a classification :D

Seriously now - man, it is great to have you back!

It's great to be back!! Nobody has unravelled who I/we are yet. They're working on it though.

I'll keep everyone posted!
