Workouts leading up to fast

Post by slooz »

Hey dudes,

I had a bad side effect from an ADD medication I was on and I lost about 12lbs over 1.5 months. I just got off of the drug tuesday and am eating normally. However, my muscles start to burn as soon as i start doing basic physical tasks (walking up a hill ect.) that I used to do without sweat. Will I need to work out in order to get the most out of the Blueprint? If so, how strong should I get before starting the fast? I have my data from my last run so I could try to base an answer off of that.

Are you sore after the burn? Or it just lasts while under exertion..

Sounds to me like some diet issues

slooz, I would suggest taking about a month to work the med's out of your system... also consider some liver support supps. Use the time to gradually get back to a more normal fitness... long fast walks, swimming, working up to jogging and running and body weight exercises, etc... when you are feeling normal again then schedule a BP cycle. hth
