So I just finished the first German loading pattern. I was working off of the part of the book at the beginning around page 16.
I re-read the last portion of the book and I'm a little confused here. Am I to start the German loading pattern #2 in a week after I just finished loading pattern #1? And then after that run the subsequent Russian loading patterns?
What kind of nutrition should I be looking at here? Can I run a lower carb "cut" diet, one written by Scivation books during the next 3 loading patterns? Or would that really be detrimental?
