The Blueprint Periodic Questions

So I just finished the first German loading pattern. I was working off of the part of the book at the beginning around page 16.

I re-read the last portion of the book and I'm a little confused here. Am I to start the German loading pattern #2 in a week after I just finished loading pattern #1? And then after that run the subsequent Russian loading patterns?

What kind of nutrition should I be looking at here? Can I run a lower carb "cut" diet, one written by Scivation books during the next 3 loading patterns? Or would that really be detrimental?

I'm also wondering if I'm to utilize the stretch positions for the periodic portion of the blueprint too?

Lower carb is only going to limit your strength gains unless you are one of very few genetically gifted people

my recommendation would be to stick to Rob's outlined basics the first time through

and loaded stretches are ALWAYS good
