Workout 3 was hard

I couldnt catch my breath and my biceps hurt for 10 minutes after the workout like if i was still doing reps.

I probably ended up losing only one pound but i think im calling it done after tonights diet.

Famine is DONE for you.

GREAT work!!

The fact you didn't lose weight, your RHR didn't increase X # of beats etc... these are but TWO of MANY diagnostic measures I use to determine if you're there.

To determine this yourself, consider the following..

Step outside yourself for a moment. Stand about 10, my 20 yards away. Look at that person (you) and ask yourself the following questions:

1.) Does that person I know look a little different than when I normally see him (or her!)?

2.) Does it look to me like they may have lost some weight?

3.) Does I feel like feeding this person something?

4.) Maybe something's going on at home, work or both? B/C they just look kind of.... stressed out.

5.) Find that person you know with a shorter fuse lately?

6.) This person I'm looking at... I know he or she works out. Are they sick or maybe they stopped working out?

7.) Has that person I know been cursing someone named "Rob" neither of us have heard much about before?

If this answer is yes to 2 or more of these questions, you're
probably "there" :)
