I have found that famine is much more enjoyable when you use hot sauce alot
Current Favo is Sriracha
I also enjoy Chaoula
and Texas Pete for my cereal
Hot Sauce
I'm also a big hot sauce fan, Hank!
Sriracha ROCKS. I cook with it often.
One Drop is always on the table, and a sentimental favorite. I think it packs the most heat and flavor for the dollar. They have made it in New Orleans forever. I prefer Luzianne tea from the region, also.
We grow tons of peppers every summer in the garden. Fresh all summer and then dry or pickle the late season bumper crop for the winter.
The hot stuff is healthy stuff!

As someone of Southeast Asian descent Srirachia sauce is a staple condiment at my place!
Hank, if you're interested in a super spicy/salty dipping sauce for meats I have my own recipe that I love to use and I'd be happy to share it with you.
I use it for dipping sausages/beef jerky...and then I put it on top of fish when I'm cooking it too, particularly Tilapia.
I have a decent recipe I worked out for Tilapia using the sauce, I call it: Sweet Basil & Ginger Tilapia.
