i dont think the length will be a problem, i can always do squats first and stick with chest/back superset.
also, is there room for a warmup set? for bench i typically start with 95 (coincidently had that in part 1) and 135 for squat. maybe drop squat to 95?
also, whats the soonest youd recommend starting the dicana? wait till sunday or can i just throw it in now while eating at maintanence?

breakfast today was a veggie egg white omelet with american cheese and 2 eggs over hard
lunch was 3 turkey burgers with 1-2 tbsp ketchup and a bowl of carrots and cucumber with some ranch dressing
snack was 2 scoops xf whey and 2 tbsp white chocolate peanut butter
dinner was some sweet and sour chicken, grilled chicken breast, and half of a mocha dessert cup
snack was tbsp peanut butter and a tbsp white chocolate peanut butter
before bed ill be having 1 scoop xf whey and 1 scoop casein

Warmups... yes absolutely! Always warm up a cold muscle. Not just for safety, but there is research showing it leads to greater STRENGTH. The key is dynamically stretching it, vs. holding weights (static stretch).
The former makes you stronger. The latter weaker...
You can start Dicana. I'm not really into the thyroid meds but if so inclined take it with your creatine during this time as there is some research showing thyroid hormones up-regulate creatine uptake, or at least Duchaine postulated on such at one point.

its actually been really cold, so i couldnt tell you. sometimes my back sweats when i stand for a long time while wearing a hoodie, but thats somewhat normal.RobRegish wrote:Cause you to sweat at all?

snack was 2 scoops lipotropic protein
i had a couple slices of pizza
about an hour and a half later i took dicana
dinner was some boneless wings
before bed 2 scoops casein
by the way, i dont have my kre-anabolyn that i ordered on monday, but hopefully it will arrive in a day or 2.
