Recomp

Post by cwaranch »

Ok Rob so I saw how you recommend to structure nutrition while doing a recomp but also saw you recommend a different training program as opposed to what is layed out in the blueprint what changes do you recommend? I have been cutting to get down to around 10% bodyfat before starting and i think ill be ready to start in a few weeks.

I usually drop rest intervals, jack up the volume and throw in some other unique twists. Outside the context of this post but your challenge is going to revolve around managing lactate threshold (lactic acid threshold) to boost GH, which gobbles up bodyfat during the workout...

Also, see this tip to elevate GH even further. As in 480% further prior to these sessions:

Well I dont think I want to buy more information so I think I will just stick with the program layed out in the BP.

There is nothing to buy there the link provided is simply information.

You naturally raise GH production when doing heavy lifts that involve multiple major muscle groups (Deadlifts, Squats, Becnh)

Gaba is a supplement that has been clinically shown to raise GH, plus it helps you sleep .

doing big lifts and also adding quality Gaba is a good way to increase fat loss.

haha naw i meant because I dont have a training routine for a recomp and he says he makes a training routine for a recomp with twists and other stuff and I assume i would need to pay for that as it is a custom routine. I wasnt asking about a supplement.

No nickel and diming here. I'll ALWAYS answer your questions to the best of my ability.

I do offer custom programs for a whopping $35. That's 10 weeks of everything tailored to you and only you + all questions answered and the information is retained for future use. I'm not aware of any customized plan offering that kind of arrangement at such an attractive pricepoint.

For those that have taken the plunge, happy to say they've been most pleased. Please see one such review here:
