So I was doing my first day of GLP, and I missed 2 reps at the start. I hadn't fully recovered, but I double checked the numbers after my workout just to make sure. The online spreadsheet for the GLP is incorrect for the first set (workouts 1-2). Anyone else notice this?
haha not a problem. I was just confused as to the rep scheme, because I didn't double check with the pdf. >< my fault haha. I'll keep that in mind when using the calculator
