been extremley busy and not able to be on a computer for my home computer finally crashed and work is cracking down on what sites we visit. anyway, i have still been getting my gym time in and it is going great. I'm like 5 workouts behind in logging them so I will try to pick up later tonight after my workout.

My computer is on the outs too. So if one day I disappear, its not because the aliens got me... I have backup plans for such things though. Somewhere...

yea man. i hear ya. gotta breakdown and buy a computer now.....sucks.
but my workout went great. had great energy today. been off the stims for a while now....seemed to help today when I took flashover pre w/o.
after a warmup I did the following...
Flat Bench
3 sets of 2 x 215.
EDT
Incline DB press
5 sets of 8 x 70
upright rows
5 sets of 8 x 110
EDT
seated shoulder press
5 sets of 8 x 60
tricep pulldown
5 sets of 8
got all of my reps in today. my endurance is finally coming back after the lay off.
