First Feast WO

Post by the_buffer »

Hey, So like most of you, I was not able to push a lot of weight as my famine went on.

For my first workout for the feast do you find your strength is back to normal, slightly more or slightly less? Just wondering where I should start off my first HIT?

For me it's slightly less. I typically really feel it on workout 3. For some it hits a lot faster, for some it take a bit longer.

As you find your way first time around.... take note of this. B/C when you repeat it things like this are important. Important b/c they can either be repeated (if positive) or improved upon if not optimal.

Let me know and hope that helps!

My first one seemed slightly down, but not much at all, maybe one rep.
