So training is going well. Shoulder is feeling pretty good. Went to the chiropractor today and he made some adjustments that I hope will help. Everything is out of wack from this injury.

Only problem is that the bump where my AC joint is injured is bigger than it has been lately. I am thinking I tweaked it wrong causing it to inflame. Shoulder is basically pain free this morning. Was able perform a strong sled workout. AC joint is still inflammed but still good. Will continue this weeks workouts strong.

Shoulder was feeling great till todays workout. I must have tweaked it doing one of the press movements. AC joint is inflammed and can feel the seperation of the joint. Not much in the way of pain but its just tender at the spot of the injury. Range of motion is still ok. I will see how it feels in ...

I dont really have small calves. I have decent size calve but they arent defined what so ever. Just look like a round mass. I will really try to shock them and get them defined.

I saw that pic on your bodyspace and thats why I asked. You have crazy calves. I am lucky now that I thing about it that I do have the small ankles. Alright...i just went safe and did reasonbly light weight...shoulder is definately a little sore after performing todays workout. Arms and legs went great. I messed around with a foam roll today. Tried using it on my shoulder but couldnt hit the right spot. Will begin seeing a chiropractor soon when I gather the funds.

Tomorrow is another lifting day. Any advice on static holds? Did I perform the arm portion of the workout correctly on monday?

Alright I can do that. For tomorrows workout that is supposed to be 10 trips would that time increase to 20-25 mins?

Oh so would what I did count as overdoing it? 6 trips seems like very little to me.

Also my shoulder still feels better than usual right now. AC joint itself is sensative to touch
