I am really killing bodyfat with the workouts I have been doing even while eating about 3000 calories. I am doing sled work but I am also throwing is all sorts of speed and agility work. At the end of...

Everytime I go up to the football field and drag it people look at me like I am crazy. I get a lot of questions about why i am doing it and things of that nature.

Thanks. I think I need atleast 2 more weeks of taking it easy. As I speak now my shoulder is kind of tender. I will continue with rehab for the remainder of this week and see how I feel then. Even when I begin lifting again I want to ease into it but still provide myself a challenge. I also dont wan...

Update... All X-rays show that the actually separation has healed. The pain I have been feeling is inflammation of the tendons holding the joint in place. Well honestly the only movements that cause pain are press movements(and i havent done many at a heavy enough weight to see if they still hurt) and occasionally when I reach my arm behind my back. There are the occasional awkward moves that cause a painful pinch as well. Besides that I am relatively...

Alright 2 weeks down. Feeling good so far. I have stopped taking cissus and the pain is still relatively gone. Any changes to the program? Hit me with anything you got that still takes my shoulder rehab into consideration. I have an orthopedic appointment tomorrow to see if my shoulder has made any ...

Todays workout went good. Shoulder feels ok for the most part. Still went semi light on static holds. Everything else went great...set a new squat max. Felt good and decided to go for it. Did 315lbs twice. Happy with that. I missed the feeling of getting stronger. Legs are feeling sore so will get a...
