Cool, so for DB Rows for example, do we just hold the heavy weight at the bottom (before we pick it up towards our body) or do we hold it near our body (before we lower it)?

Which loaded strech where you doing? Bench Press? Deadlift?

BTW, I took the above exercises and turned them into a more blueprint friendly format with EDT blocks and stretches.

Load stretching on a PULL movement?

I see references to doing big heavy load stretches on push exercises in the BP (leg press + bench press), but how do you load stretches on pull exercises? Would this not provide some quicker gains in those pull exercises?

Examples I wonder about:

Barbell Curl
Pulldowns
Rows

I was looking at that product from musclemass - it looks promising!

So are they (flax and fish) interchangeable? That is, do people use them seperately - just a matter of preference?

I also would like a suggestion for dissecated liver tablets.

Which one is better to use during a Blueprint run? Depending on the answer, when do you take these supplements (through all 3 phases I am assuming)? Rob, do you got any comments on that last post? Thanks! You could do both, but it gets pricey... :) Of the two, I'd favor the BCAA + G 3on/3off if hypertrophy is the main goal. If overall strength/size/weight gain is the goal, go for the liver tabs. On a BCAA product, I use only MassPro Amino intra...
