thanks for chiming in guys but to be honest my bodyfat was too high from the start and I feel like the program will work a bit better for me when I'm in a better positon to do a real recomp.

just in case anyone was following, I am going to postpone finishing the blueprint. I ot a few workouts into Feast, but I'm in the busy season with my ob and was just putting on too much fat. I'm going to focus on cutting over the next month or two and maybe take it from there.

I'd be careful on extending Famine, if that's what you're referencing. Just b/c one diagnostic isn't there, shouldn't be cause for alarm. ALWAYS play it safe. don't worry too much about your resting heart rate, I don't even bother checking it for Famine, varies too much for me for it to really mean anything. if you're keeping your protein intake at as close to zero as you can, keeping your calories very low, along with hitting the weights as hard as you ...

So I'm a little cncerned by something. Today is my last scheduled day of famine and my heart rate this morning was up only 1bpm from the first day. What should I do.

Had a good 2nd Famine workout today. DOMS has been out of control from the first workout still,and weights were fairly light. Just suck it up and go with either KA or ebol ecdy ecdy ecdy-proven results from both. OK will do. Think I'm going with the ebol ecdy ecdy as I don't like some of the potential side effects of l-dopa. While I'm buying all this stuff what is The Eagle? Also I remember that resting heart rate is important but I can't seem to find that sction again. Can't remember which document that is, but right now its about 57bpm
