Confused on Feast

ok couple of questions Do I do german loading and the stretch movements (EDT)? In the BP it has 3 or 4 different variations of stretch movements and exercise A1/A2, B1/B2, etc that im not sure how to do the german loading and pick how many or what stretch movements i do. Finshed day 3 of famine and the Chest/Tri workout. One meal a day and mostly salad and greens has me starving. Also, ran a 5K this morning for memorial day run. That didnt help make things, especially hunger, any better. 2 more days of famine and then onto feast

BP and Insanity

I have 3.5 weeks until I start my first run. I am currently doing insanity and lifting and was wondering if anyone else has done any type of cardio like this before with the BP. Ive got it set up that Ill end the run right about the time I go on R/R from Afghanistan so Im trying to end my cut around...

Thanks guys, I ended up gettin the bp stack. Had to push the start of it back about a month though so havnt started yet. Have been able to cut some weight/fat though. Trying to get a better foundation before i start since last bulk was not that great. As far as the adaptogen goes, is there somewhere...

Looks like I will be starting famine 8 April and looking to end the process around 1 June. Follow that with a cut and be ready to get back to the states for 2 weeks

IF you dont understand it maybe you should reread it, postpone your workout one more week, and then start when you better understand. I have yet to go thru my first phase but I understand what Im supposed to be doing and what to take when. As far as preworkout, dont take jack3d. Read the BP again......
