Felt very good today to eat normally again. I found it hard though to really stuff my self though. But I did manage to make my stomach feel full though. I got a sample of some berries and cream from mass pro and all I have to say is man, that stuff taste good. Ordered the case this morning. :-) Cheers

Good job so far. I recommend you get the livestrong app instead of myfitnesspal. Livestrong has largest amount of food choices and it is more user friendly. Good Luck

Thanks fellas, I appreciate the quick responses. Im eager to start BP tomorrow but in the last week I lifted weight only once on Thursday. Should I go ahead and start famine or should I wait until this coming Thursday to start?

Like can I include it in my famine or feast phase after my workout? Or should it be done on rest days in between workouts?

Cardio

When should cardio be implemented into the BP program? I searched but didnt find anything. Im an experienced lifter but need to keep up my cardiovascular fitness due to my career. Im currently on my 7 day break before starting the famine. Thanks in advance. :)
